Old American Lumber engineered flooring is composed of a 4mm ware layer set atop a nine-layer Baltic birch plywood. This surface layer has a the ability to be re-sanded and refinished. Our engineered floors can be applied to subfloors, concrete, over radiant heat or installed in environments that are not optimal for solid flooring
